Service Plus Plan is a comprehensive, yet economical, Welding Equipment Maintenance Program incorporating monthly service inspections and maintenance, custom-fit to the exact needs of your welding and cutting shop.
Carefully scheduled maintenance of all your welding and cutting equipment allows our service technician to detect problems and predict future failures, saving your company costly down time and unexpected repair expense. We'll also provide engineered modifications to help you benefit from the latest welding technology. Service Plus Plan predictive maintenance always includes a comprehensive written diagnosis, reporting what we did, why your part failed and how you might prevent that failure from happening again. We'll maintain a complete history file on your equipment, documenting every detail of its service.
Whenever we see ways you can solve problems or save money... we'll tell you.Any time you expand or change environments, Industrial Source will have a wealth of expertise to help you solve welding and cutting applications. Our consultation includes providing you a contact list of welding equipment and product manufacturers, to help you maximize productivity in all applications and processes. (Even if you bought your equipment somewhere else, we're happy to maintain it for you.) We'll make recommendations to fit your welding and cutting equipment to the precise job you need to do, including engineering any necessary modifications, so you can reduce your overall operating costs. Every contract is custom-fit to your particular shop, considering your environment and reliance on welding.On average, each machine needs to be inspected at least twice yearly. We put you on a custom schedule, which often will include providing you with a replacement when your equipment is in our shop.
Service Plus Plan clients are given priority response over all per-call service requests. We pick up and deliver your equipment FREE on a schedule customized to your shop's needs. In most cases, we'll have your machine picked up and replaced the very same day. For repair times, you may check with our Service Manager.

- Documentation of all work performed will accompany all equipment upon service completion.
- A complete history of service and maintenance performed will accompany all equipment upon completion and will be kept on file, made available at your request, for your convenience.
- To control down time costs, a machine to replace equipment being serviced may be provided FREE OF CHARGE upon your request.

Response Commitments | Response is provided on a priority basis over per call service requests. Typical response times may be obtained from the Service Manager.

Standard Hours of Coverage | Service is available 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, excluding Industrial Source observed holidays. After hour emergency service is available as needed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Term | The initial contract term for Service Plus is 1 year. It may be cancelled thereafter upon 90 days notice.

Customer Responsibilities | In order to provide Service Plus, Industrial Source must: |
| - be immediately notified of equipment malfunction
- be allowed full and unrestricted access to all equipment and communication facilities
- have a customer representative communication regarding the specific equipment problem
- have owners manuals and service manuals of equipment not sold by Industrial Source or unfamiliar to service technician
