ONLINE ORDERING
If you are a current charge customer, you can elect to put your order on your Charge Account. We also accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
Please call us at 800-586-5412 to change your order. If your order has not already been picked and packaged or loaded, we can make changes to your order.
Yes, we can set up your account to hold and/or send your orders to another email address for approval prior to processing. If you would like to have this service set up on your account, call us at 800-586-5412.

Many states in the United States have introduced new tax laws that affect online retailers like ours. As a result, we are now collecting sales tax in some states, and will continue to add states as we meet the thresholds for collecting taxes. If your business or organization is tax exempt, please email your tax exemption certificate to infois@industrialsource.com and we will remove the taxes from your current and future orders.
We take security of credit card information very seriously. We never store any credit card information on our servers. The only transmission or storage of card details is direct between your browser and the payment gateway. When processing a charge against a card, we send secure charge request to the payment processor which instructs them which customer, card, and amount needs to be charged. This is all done seamlessly and without our company or our website software handling the card details directly.
We respect your privacy. We will not share your information with other companies who will contact you. It may be necessary for us to share your information with our affiliates, so that they may help us do our job. These companies may include our mail house or our web design company.

Shipping / Delivery
If your items are in stock and shipping by ground, your order will ship in 1-2 business days. If placing an order for delivery on your regular route, your order will be delivered on your next route.
Please allow 3 hours after placing your order to pick up at our locations. If you need to pick up your order sooner, please call us at 800-586-5412 to arrange an expedited pick up.
In certain locations, we may offer same or next-day courtesy car delivery. Please call us at 1-800-586-5412 to see if this delivery method is available in your area.
Because we ship by way of United Parcel Service and FedEx, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
If you find yourself in an emergency situation where you cannot wait until the next day, please call our on-call, main facility (Springfield) phone number at 541-242-6124.
Returns
If the product is not a special order product and has not been opened, you may return it. If your product is defective or you have other problems, please call us at 800-586-5412 for authorization. If you received the wrong product and it was our error, please call us first so that we can send a UPS Call Tag at our cost.

Services
Yes, our Advanced Cylinder Management system tracks cylinders from our warehouse to your business and back again. The cylinders are barcoded and scanned with our mobile scanners when they enter or leave your location and the barcoded data automatically uploads daily into our system. Our UE 17 ultrasonic cylinder examination machine is non-evasive and can test aluminum, high-pressure steel, and SCUBA cylinders quickly and efficiently. The UE17 uses a non-destructive, single-pass test to scan the cylinder's outer wall as it detects internal flaws. The machine's cylinder size capability can test industry cylinders from small medical M6 sizes up to High Pressure Steel 300 cu. ft. With no need for valve removal, the UE17 is able to re-qualify cylinders quickly and efficiently by returning them to the customer and back into service fast. While not all of our dry ice is food grade, we can make food grade dry ice. The CO2 used is the same quality CO2 used for soda fountains and the dry ice can be used to transport food and produce. Additionally, we pack food grade dry ice in temperature-resistant, non-degradable food grade liners so that the liner will not degrade into the ice.
