The A120 short drill is made from premium High Speed steel and can be used for drilling many material, including steel, stainless steels and aluminium. It comes in a wide range of fractional and metric diameters and has a steam oxide finish to prevent work piece material from sticking to the cutting edge. This in turn means you get a more accurate, cleaner hole. The A120 has a 135 degree split point so you do not need to apply as much pressure when drilling and the drill will not wander over the surface of the material to be drilled. The A120 is a very versatile drill and can be used in many different applications, both hand held and for machine drilling. *Note: all drills below 1.0mm are bright, and all drills up to 2.9mm and over 13.0mm have 118° point.
