  • Blade size is unique to each manufacturers individual model. The easiest way to detemrine the blade size needed it to simply remove the saw blade and measure the width, thickness and length carefully, then select the tooth count and or design to meet your cutting requirements.

  • How Many Teeth Does My Band Saw Blade Need?
  • Band saw blades can use either fixed or variable tooth. If your cutting metal, most of the time you would use a variable tooth geometry to optimize your tool life when choosing a tooth count

  • What Is The Best Bandsaw Blade For The Job I Have?
  • With band saw blades, each job has an optimal choice for the most accurate and efficient cut. Constantly changing the blade is not an efficient choice, so when choosing a blade, take an average for your normal work and choose a blade that is slightly thicker and thinner. After you have chosen your blade, adjust your feed rate accordingly.
